Arturo Parra

Founder & Lead Instructor

Arturo Parra is a certified yoga instructor, creative entrepreneur, artist, producer, and community builder based in Houston, Texas.

After years spent producing events, creating art, and building businesses, Arturo discovered that yoga offered something deeper than physical fitness—it provided a foundation for strength, clarity, resilience, and personal growth.

His teaching style blends traditional yoga principles with functional movement, mobility training, breathwork, and mindfulness practices designed for real life. Arturo is especially passionate about helping students improve mobility, reduce stress, recover from the demands of daily life, and build sustainable wellness habits.

Known for his approachable teaching style, Arturo creates classes that are welcoming to beginners while offering challenges for experienced practitioners. His goal is simple: help students leave each class feeling stronger, more connected, and better prepared for life beyond the mat.
